Counseling and Assessment Services

We offer the following services:

Counseling - For individuals, couples and families. Life stress, relationship problems, divorce adjustment, step-parenting, personal loss and depression are a few of the areas where we provide expert care.

Psychologists and social workers provide a wide range of mental health evaluation, counseling and therapy services to individuals, children, families and adults, both at the at the Elizabeth Upjohn Community Healing Center and in schools.

Prevention & Education Services

Children & Adolescent Programs

We offer the following services:

Counseling - For children and their families to help address school problems, learning challenges, aggressive behaviors, adjustment to divorce, etc.
Child Sexual Abuse - Compassionate, specialized care for children who are victims of sexual abuse, including advocacy, counseling and assessment.
Parenting - Offering professional expertise in parenting skills for new parents as well as intensive in- home services for parents and infants where there may be mental health issues in the family.
Children's and Adolescent Outreach - Case management services for children and families.
Co-Occuring Adolescent Program (CAP) - Services for adolescents with mental health and substance use disorders.

Addiction Treatment & Recovery

We offer the following services:

Detoxification and Residential Treatment

Medically monitored detox using the newest protocols for the comfort and success of the client, and a residential program that involves a stay of seven to eighteen days, offering group and individual therapy, family sessions and after-care planning.

Intensive Outpatient Program

A three day per week program, offered both days and evenings.

Outpatient

Counseling appointments offered for individuals, couples and families, as well as specialized groups for women, health care professionals, teenagers, those with co-occurring issues, relapse prevention and those in early recovery.

Recovery Support

Two recovery support homes — one for women and their young children and one for men — each offering a stable, structured drug and alcohol-free environment, while encouraging growth and independence.

Women's Program

Providing case management and support for women seeking to achieve and sustain recovery.
