Treating & Preventing Child Sexual and Physical Abuse

The Children’s Advocacy Center of Kalamazoo (CAC) is a caring, child focused, safe place for children who have been sexually or severely physically abused.  Children are interviewed by a specially trained forensic interviewer while an investigative team, including law enforcement and victim/witness advocates, works together to further the investigation, treatment, and prosecution of child abuse cases.  Child individual and group therapy is offered by therapists who are highly trained and certified in utilizing evidence-based techniques.
